Saber now keeps refreshed signal answers aligned with their current evidence, refuses obvious namesake-domain sources, and retries transient model-capacity failures across EU endpoints.
Saber added safeguards around answer persistence, source selection, and model availability.
What changed
- A refreshed answer is no longer replaced with an older answer when the new facts materially differ from the evidence attached to the run.
- Direct page fetches refuse obvious same-name companies on a different domain.
- Signals can return a null answer when the available evidence cannot support a result.
- Transient model-capacity failures can retry across configured EU endpoints.
The safeguards apply automatically to signal runs. No customer action is required.
